1. No Refund Policy

• All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated for a specific event.

• Booking fees, payment gateway charges, and taxes are non-refundable unless otherwise specified for each event.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If Jama – The Studio cancels an event:

• Guests may receive either:

  • A full refund of the ticket amount, or

  • An option to attend a rescheduled or alternate event

The choice will be communicated at our discretion.

3. Event Changes

• Changes in artists, schedules, or event formats do not qualify for refunds.

• Late arrival or non-attendance does not qualify for refunds.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Processing time depends on the payment gateway and banking systems.
