Welcome to Jama – The Studio, operated by Reach Gifts (hereinafter referred to as “Jama – The Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking tickets, or attending events at our venue, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General

Jama – The Studio is an intimate event and cultural venue hosting curated events, workshops, performances, and private gatherings.
Entry to events is subject to availability, ticket validity, and adherence to venue rules.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of venue policies.

2. Tickets & Entry

Tickets may be paid, complimentary, or invite-only, depending on the event.
One ticket is valid for one person only unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
Tickets are non-transferable unless stated.
Walk-ins may be allowed only if tickets are available.
Late entry may be restricted for certain events. Once an event has commenced, entry may not be permitted.

3. Venue Rules

Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless explicitly allowed.
Guests may be required to remove footwear before entering certain areas; designated storage will be provided.
Dress code, if any, will be event-specific and must be followed.
Photography or videography may be restricted for some events.
Smoking, alcohol, or prohibited substances are not allowed unless specifically permitted for an event.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Event schedules, artists, or formats may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Jama – The Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events at its discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Attendance is at the guest’s own risk.
Jama – The Studio shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from attendance or website use.
